LOGLINE

The Red Book is a feature-length documentary journey through the visionary journal of Carl Jung, exploring its creation, art and impact.

SYNOPSIS

The Red Book is tells the story of Carl Jung's "confrontation with his unconscious".  In a mix-media style befitting the Red Book itself, this documentary reveals Jung's inner world. 

ARTISTIC STATEMENT

The Red Book movie presents Carl Jung's private journal weaving animation and documentary footage to reveal its universal themes: midlife crisis, the search for meaning, and spiritual connection.  'The Red Book' will be animated for the first time giving cinematic life to Jungs epic imaginings.
