In connection with my contribution to The Gotham Film & Media Institute (IFP): I understand and agree that my contribution is made on the condition that The Gotham Film & Media Institute (IFP) retains control and discretion over the use of the funds. I understand and agree that my contribution may or may not be released by The Gotham Film & Media Institute (IFP) to the Project I recommend before the balance of the budgeted production funds are available to the producer of the Project. I also understand and agree that the above-named Project, if produced, might never be completed or released or distributed.
